The client owns the domain, website code and approved project assets. Ownership and handover details are documented in the contract.
First year and renewal
One year of website maintenance is included. From year two, domain renewal plus maintenance is approximately ₹4,000 per year, excluding GST and subject to the written renewal quote.
Security first
MDN will arrange supervised login, delegated access or another secure method. Do not send Gmail or business account passwords through an open chat or public form.

03Is the website really delivered in five hours?+
Yes—the MDN-controlled delivery sprint is five working hours once all kickoff conditions are met: complete intake, approved assets, domain choice, booking payment and required secure access. An incomplete intake moves the booking to the next available slot.
04What happens if MDN takes longer than five hours?+
If MDN misses the five-working-hour delivery of the stated MDN-controlled deliverables after all kickoff conditions are met, the amount paid to MDN for the booking is refunded, subject to the written terms.
05Does Google Business Profile need to be verified within five hours?+
No. MDN submits a complete profile during the sprint, but Google controls verification and may take 2–15 days or longer. MDN will manage reasonable follow-up for up to 30 days; third-party delays are excluded from the guarantee.
06Do I own the website and domain?+
Yes. The client owns the domain, website code and approved project assets. Ownership and access details are included in the contract and secure handover.
07What does one-year maintenance include?+
Routine website upkeep is included for one year. New pages, new features, e-commerce, major redesigns and other expansion work are charged separately.
08How should I share account access?+
Use a supervised login, delegated access or another secure method agreed during onboarding. Never send passwords in an open chat or public form. Final access and ownership details are recorded in the handover.
